Chamonix Haute Savoie is a prestigious alpine town with the famous Monte Bianco and tumbling glaciers. The group like to go paragliding or from time to time taking the tourist train. I sometimes travel from Hailey and stay at a Chamonix hotel during my vacation.

There is a coin-operated laundryroom on site and the hotel offers valet service.

Chamonix Mont Blanc is a big enough place to guarantee that there is lots of things for the non-skier to do. Including a cinema and a plethora of night-clubs, Chamonix provides a choice of snowboarding, French charm and tourist attractions which barely any French ski resorts can beat.
